Pricing Structure
The pricing for an inspection is based on HEATED SQUARE FEET with the base rates as follows:
Single Family Detached Homes up to 1,700 Heated Square Feet $295.00
Condos or Townhomes up to 1,000 Heated Square Feet $195.00
Any additional charges are based on size increments of any portion up to 100 Heated Square Feet with a standard added charge of $10.00 per 100 Square Feet
Commercial property inspections are estimated on an individual basis.
